Q.What happens if the dumpster is damaged in my possession?
A.If a Neighborly Hauling dumpster is damaged while in your possession, you are responsible for covering the cost of repairs or replacement. This includes damage to the exterior paint, decals, door hinges, steel rollers, container rails, or any other part of the dumpster. Specific charges apply for various types of damage, such as:
Container Damage Fee: Full cost of repairs plus a 10% upcharge for administrative handling.
Tire Damage Fee: Full repair cost plus a 10% upcharge if the damage is caused by nails, glass, or debris at the customer site.

Please ensure proper care is taken while the dumpster is on your property to avoid these charges. Normal wear and tear, such as minor scratches inside the dumpster, is expected and does not incur extra fees.
